Fault Reporting
Is a lamp not lighting, staying on during the day, or is the pole damaged? In municipalities operated by GREP, we accept reports 24 hours a day.

What should you provide when reporting?
- The name of the municipality
- Street and house number, or the identification number found on the pole
- The nature of the fault: not lighting, lit during the day, flickering, damaged luminaire or pole
- Whether it affects several lamps at once (a section fault)
- A phone number or email address where you can be reached
