What data do we process?
We process the data you provide through the website's contact form:
- the name of the municipality
- the contact person's name and position
- email address and phone number
- the estimated number of luminaires and the text of the message
Purpose and legal basis of the data processing
We process the data solely so that we can respond to your enquiry and, if you request it, prepare your municipality's free electrical energy review (feasibility study). The legal basis for the processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which you give when submitting the form and which you may withdraw at any time.
How long do we retain it?
After the enquiry is closed, we retain the data for as long as necessary for contact purposes. Specifying the exact retention period requires GREP's legal approval.
Who has access?
The data is accessible to employees of GREP Green Public Lighting Zrt. who need it to respond to the enquiry. We do not pass the data to third parties for marketing purposes. The data processors (hosting provider, email system) are to be named here.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to the data we hold about you, its rectification, erasure, or the restriction of processing, and you may also object to the processing and exercise your right to data portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time at info@grep.lighting.
If your rights are violated, you may lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11.), or turn to the courts.
Cookies and external services
We do not use marketing or tracking cookies for the operation of the website. If web analytics or an advertising pixel is added to the website later, this section and the consent management must be extended.
When you zoom in on the reference map, the map tiles are served by OpenStreetMap's servers; in this case, your IP address is transmitted to the OpenStreetMap Foundation. We do not use any other external service.
