Our motto

“There are many ways to cut a municipality's public lighting costs. For example, by turning off the lights!”

But is that really the optimal solution?

Our services

A scheme that pays off in seven ways

In the vast majority of European municipalities, the time has come for a full or partial modernisation of public lighting: most of the fittings in operation today are wasteful compared with current technical standards. GREP carries out the full modernisation of a municipality's public lighting: from the survey and design through construction to operation for the entire contract term. The scheme is EPC-based: we finance the investment, and it is repaid from the energy savings achieved.

  1. 01

    Delivers results immediately

Savings from the first month after commissioning.

  2. 02

    Requires no municipal funding

GREP finances the investment, which is repaid from the savings.

  3. 03

    No risk for the municipality

GREP is the borrower; the municipality only pays a service fee.

  4. 04

    Delivers the greatest possible savings

We install every technology that pays for itself economically.
