Survey and design, free of charge
We prepare the municipality's electrical energy review and the feasibility study. The municipality does not pay for the lighting design either: it is part of our offer.
Full financing
GREP is the borrower for the investment, together with its financing partners. The municipality takes on no loan and makes no upfront payment.
Construction with local specialists
Installation is carried out by local contractors, with full technical documentation, so later fault repairs are also fast.
Maintenance at a fixed price, until the end of the contract term
